Escrow Service Important Note: If you've received an offer in our auction we'll provide you with the escrow service FOR FREE. It means that our escrow service is free for customers who listed domains with us. You can list your domains with us here and save $100-$1000 on escrow fees. If you've received an offer at another site we'll charge you for this service. Why should I use the escrow service ? In any transaction involving the transfer of real or intangible assets, Escrow can assist as a safeguard to protect your interests and ensure that the transaction is completed successfully. Our rates are lower than rates of other escrow agencies. Escrow Process: If you are interested in our escrow service contact us at info@namesaleshop.com . Please include in your letter the following information: 1)Buyer's email address , 2) Domain Name, 3) sale Price. Then we will send the payment instructions to the Buyer. The Buyer has five (5) business days to fund the transaction (check or wire transfer). At the same time, we will be verifying your ownership and registration. The transaction is contingent upon successful verification from the registrar (via WHO IS). Once we have confirmed with the Registrar that the transfer is successful, we will remit the requisite funds to you, minus the transaction fee payable. Payment will come in the form of a company check, made payable to the Registrant or Administrative Contact. Depending on the registrar, the full transfer process can take approximately two weeks.
